Gurbachan singh Bhullar, eminent Punjabi writer will speak about the book.This function known as annual 'Dhup di Mehfil' is being organised by Punjabi sahit sabha Delhi and this year it is to remember eminet Punjabi poet prof. Mohan Singh.
